Base Plaque Inclusions: 3 Lines of Romanised inscription, one detachable plate for up to 5 lines (valued at $160 per plate), a standard solid border, a non-standard Roman/Times Roman font style. (If you just simply like the look of the plaque with both plates on and have already two names now to go on the plates, please email us for your order). 

Options: Please select your the number of emblems you required. Please click here to see available emblem designs if you would like to have a different emblem design. They do not need to be matching.

Affixing Plate: Secured on the plaque with 2 screws (one on each side) of the plate or alternatively, with supplier recommended adhesive. Please specify in Order Note or an email.
