COVID-19 Prevention Statement
The safety of our customers is of prime concern. We are implementing all we can to ensure the safety of our customers, both online and those visiting our display and our market stalls.
Hygiene, Protective Wear and Vaccination
All our staff are fully vaccinated and boosted up to date. Hand washing, wearing disposable facemask (when appropriate) and safe distancing are required when dealing with visiting customers.
Order Handling and Packaging
Our staff continue to maintain hygiene when handling and packaging orders with hand washing and sanitising. Our shipment providers have assured us that their couriers and depot staff adhere to their COVID-safe management plan, which include contact-free deliveries and enhanced hygiene protocols.
The cut-off date for all our standard bronze plaque orders for a guaranteed delivery by the 25th of December is Friday 27th of November 2026. However please continue to make your order after the date as our foundry will attempt to have as many plaques as possible finished before the Christmas break.
Our Memorial Rocks can be shipped to you anywhere in Australia within 2-10 business days. Our bronze plaques can be made ready separately and delivered in the new year.
Memorial Rocks Australia are the original Memorial Rock Urn makers in Australia since 2008. We strive to create quality memorials that will bring comfort to those going through the loss of a dear loved one.
